Zion National Park

We've had the privilege to visit some amazing national parks! Our current count is 18 national parks and we're not done yet.

Zion National Park is one of our all-time favorite parks we've visited and here's why:

Zion National Park

Zion National Park is, by far, one of our favorite places on earth. The epic sweeping views, the gentle rolling rivers, and the gorgeous hikes make it one of the most beautiful national parks on the west side of our country.

Our favorite hike in Zion was the narrows. If you decide to hike this gorgeous riverside trail, make sure to come prepared. Large parts of the hike are in the water, so you'll want to make sure you have good water-proof hiking shoes and walking sticks to help you stay balanced. There are a couple local companies that provide shoe/walking stick rentals for people who want to complete this hike.

I love everything about Zion! The narrows were really beautiful. You get to see the sun shining off the canyon walls. It was so gorgeous. It was really freezing in the water, but after you get used to it, it was nice. Doing this hike with my dad was so much fun!
